一、problem 名词。意思是“问题”。指客观存在的需要解决的问题。着重困难、难题、棘手的问题。例如：
Unemployment is a very real problem for graduates now.失业对大学毕业生是个实质问题。
Let me know if you have any problem. 你若有困难就告诉我。
The problems were going to be settled on a realistic basis. 问题正在根据现实情况进行解决。
二、question 名词。意思是“问题”。指对某事怀疑因而提出需要回答的问题。着重疑惑和不能断定的问题。例如：
His first question was whether Mary had arrived yet?他的第一个问题是玛丽是否已经到了。
There is no question about that. 那事不存在任何问题。
He noticed that she was evading his question.他注意到她在回避问题。
