我曾经有过一个瑞士学生，他给了我一个有趣的解释，为我解答了一些事情：他说当他从说瑞士德语转换到说英语，他发现“热身”花费了他不少时间。
这我认为这很正确。
每种语言都略微会有不同的声调 — 不同的声调意味着就有不同的口型。
所以从一种语言换到另一种语言就意味着你需要让嘴巴/舌形/动作做好热身，否则你无法使用另一门语言。
当我们在合唱团唱歌时，我们从使用声音的一种方式换到另一种方式，而且要先打开声带，同样地，我们需要为语言的转换做好准备。
