三、不小心把英语的删了，怎么恢复？
右键点击我的电脑，选择资源管理器，再选择控制面板“日期，时间，语言和区域设置，再选添加语言，进行设置就可以了
四、强制重置都是英文看不懂，不知道哪一行字是恢复出厂设置？
①按“音量下键”选择“wipe data/factory reset”然后按“音量上键”确认，选择“yes”确认，等待清除完成；
②按“音量下键”选择“wipe cache partition” 然后按“音量上键”确认；
③完成后自动跳转到主界面选择“reboot system now”重启即可，数据双清（强制恢复出厂设置）就完成了。
