(1)、agree with(sb.)表示“与……意见一致”，“适合(某人的健康或胃口)”，尤用于否定句或疑问句中。
I don’t agree with you.
我不同意你的意见。
The climate there doesn\\'t agree with him.
那里的气候对他不合适
Agree with sb on sth. 在某事上与某人合作。
Do you agree with me on that?
你们同意我的说法吗？
I agree with you on how deal with it.
关于此事如何处理，我同意你的看法。
(2)、agree to(sth.)宾语一般为suggestion、plan等,“同意计划、安排”。
We all agreed to your plan.
我们同意你的计划。
He agreed to my leaving early on Friday.
他同意我星期五一早走。
One would think I had agreed to her going.
人们会以为是我同意她去的。
Is he going to agree to our suggestion?
他会同意我们的建议吗?
(3) 、agree on 表示“双方就...达成一致协议”。
Both approaches agree on what is depicted in the poem, but not on how it should be interpreted.
